About Bears Softball
Mission
It is our goal to create an environment for sustained excellence through the ongoing commitment to organizational integrity and player-specific skill development opportunities. While maximizing the on-field potential of our players, the young women in our program will also be taught leadership skills and the importance of goal setting both on and off the field - with the ultimate goal of the program being - to provide every player with the opportunity to play softball in college.
